Oversees quality assurance and quality control for MEP construction projects.
Ensures mechanical works meet project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical installations.
- Prepare and submit ITPs, method statements, MIRs, WIRs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and project teams; review shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Monitor site compliance, address non-conformities and corrective actions, and maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and coordinate with engineers and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in UAE MEP construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authorities, international codes, and quality standards.
- Experience preparing QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
