Lead and oversee HVAC project execution, planning, delivery, resources, and quality control.
Deliver projects according to deadlines, budget, scope, and client or consultant requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project plans and coordinate managers and technical personnel from development through implementation.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Act as the primary consultant/client contact, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Establish quality controls and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years in Mechanical/HVAC construction and 7–10 years in Mechanical (HVAC) project management.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred; proven management of large-scale projects from start to completion is required.
- Strong mechanical engineering and HVAC design, installation, and maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office; valid UAE driving license required.
- PMP certification is a plus.
