Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily mechanical MEP site activities, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure installations follow approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical and civil teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project management.
- Review drawings, identify site discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor progress, manpower productivity, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and project procedures.
- Prepare progress reports, material requests, inspection requests, and other site documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant UAE MEP construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred candidate
Candidates currently based in the UAE and those with relevant UAE MEP project experience are preferred.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
