Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for MEP projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and engineering drawings; conduct quantity take-offs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations; prepare material, labour, and project cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams; identify cost savings while maintaining quality.
- Assist with tender submissions, technical clarifications, and commercial evaluations; maintain estimation records and update cost databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of MEP estimation experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation; ability to interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
