The Plumber Technician performs plumbing work on construction projects.
The posting states that work is in person and requires working on construction sites in Dubai.
Job responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems.
- Install PPR, PVC, UPVC, and other plumbing pipes and fittings.
- Install sanitary fixtures, including washbasins, water closets, showers, faucets, and accessories.
- Carry out pipe cutting, threading, joining, fitting, and pressure testing.
- Read and understand plumbing drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Identify and rectify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other MEP trades for smooth project execution.
- Follow approved drawings, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a plumber in MEP contracting or construction projects.
- Practical knowledge of plumbing installation, drainage systems, water supply networks, and sanitary fixtures.
- Ability to read plumbing drawings and follow site instructions.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and a safety-conscious attitude.
- Ability to work on construction sites in Dubai.
Preferred candidates
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant MEP experience are preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
