Teaching and student support
- Teach assigned classes using provided lesson plans, or develop plans from pacing charts when needed, and apply the SABIS Point System.
- Mark exams, discuss academic and disciplinary concerns with academic leaders, and proctor exams.
- Support and motivate academically low-performing students; prepare students for external exams when applicable.
- Assist with testing, substitute teaching, lunch and bus organization, crowd and traffic control, and administrative duties.
- Participate in student-life activities and events, attend training, and complete other duties assigned by school management.
Ideal requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- English proficiency and at least one year of teaching experience.
- Accountability, ethical conduct, results orientation, continuous learning, job knowledge, teamwork, communication, flexibility, and time and priority management.
