Role Purpose
The Marketing Trainee will support the General Manager in executing marketing projects, activities, and administrative tasks.
The role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing operations, project coordination, and business administration while contributing to departmental objectives.
Marketing Activities and Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities and initiatives.
- Maintain the campaigns calendar, confirm priorities with Sales and aftersales, review inquiries, and finalize content with the digital marketing company.
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant information to support marketing decisions.
Project Coordination
- Support the General Manager in managing and coordinating multiple projects.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to support project requirements and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.
Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing and business-related data.
- Prepare periodic updates and reports on marketing activities and ongoing projects.
- Support the identification of opportunities for process improvement.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Must be eligible for either the Tamheer Program or Cooperative Training (Co-op).
Required Years of Experience
- No prior work experience required.
- Fresh graduates and university students eligible for Co-op training are encouraged to apply.
