We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support a short-term project.
The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, currently based in Qatar, and available to work on-site.
This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, event promotions, and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Create and manage content for social media platforms in Arabic and English
- Support event marketing, promotions, and on-site activations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines
- Provide on-ground support during events and marketing activities
Requirements
- Fluent in
Arabic
and
English
- (spoken and written) –
- mandatory
- **Currently based in Qatar and available for immediate joining**
- **Proven experience in marketing or a similar role**
- **Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing**
- **Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines**
- **Strong communication and organizational skills**
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in events, marketing, or advertising industry
- Basic design or content creation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Working Conditions
- Temporary assignment (one month)
- On-site work required
- Immediate start preferred
