Job Description

GameTopEmail Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to support brand growth, customer engagement, and business objectives.

The ideal applicant should possess strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and experience in digital campaign management with the ability to analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for promotional and customer engagement purposes
• Create compelling email content, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Manage email distribution lists and maintain database accuracy
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and company policies
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements
• Maintain marketing schedules and support overall digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of analytics and campaign performance reporting
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience with CRM systems and audience segmentation is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
