Overview
We are a premier digital marketing agency seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team in Qatar.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking marketing professional lady who understands how to blend high-impact visual storytelling with data-driven strategies to scale brand presence.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local GCC/Qatar consumer landscape, a passion for premium social media management, and the ability to execute end-to-end digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- **Social Media Management & Strategy:** Oversee, curate, and schedule daily high-quality content across all major platforms, with a heavy focus on the region's dominant channels (**Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat**).
- **Content Creation & Storytelling:** Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and script engaging visual content, reels, and copy that resonate with both localized and international audiences in Qatar.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization:** Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads) to ensure maximum reach and conversion.
- **Market & Performance Analytics:** Track, analyze, and report on monthly digital marketing KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS) to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- **Influencer & Partner Relations:** Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with local Qatar-based influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
- **Client & Team Coordination:** Serve as a reliable bridge between client expectations and internal production teams to ensure project deliverables are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
