Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Support in executing brand-building campaigns that ensure Boutiqaat voice is bold, consistent, and unforgettable.
• Collect and analyze customer insight data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content, promotions, and event concepts.
• Assist in content creation for marketing material and digital promotions.
• Support marketing activities related to key categories like beauty, fashion, fragrances, and sports.
• Collaborate with category managers on product launches and promotional events.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness across digital platforms.
• Prepare presentations for product launches and campaign results.
• Track trends and customer engagement to optimize strategy.
• Manage Asana marketing calendars for men's and women's categories.
• Coordinate in-app visual and text marketing content such as homepages and push notifications.
• Host weekly meetings with internal teams to align marketing goals.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or social media.
• Professional marketing certification is a plus.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
• Creative thinker with an analytical edge.
• Strong grasp of market research, data interpretation, and campaign evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media trends, CMS platforms, and presentation tools.
• Able to pitch ideas, speak confidently in meetings, and drive collaborative discussions.
