Marketing & Sales Executive
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, MEP, and Construction sectors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, contractors, and project consultants
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals in a timely manner
- Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare sales reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas / Construction materials (pipes & fittings preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GI, MS, SS pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
