Since its inception in 2010, National Reference Laboratory (NRL) has expanded from a single standalone reference laboratory to a network of 12 state-of-the-art facilities across the United Arab Emirates. NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.

The Officer, Marketing & Communication supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the Diagnostic Cluster. This role focuses on campaign coordination, digital engagement, and event support to enhance brand visibility, patient awareness, and service promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and on-ground activations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to promote services, screenings, and new launches
  • Assist in planning and delivering events, health campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Manage and schedule social media content while monitoring engagement levels
  • Track and report on basic performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, and followers
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Support content distribution across branches, including digital screens and promotional materials
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports and gathering insights on performance and audience engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships can be considered)
  • Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
