Operations & Vendor Management Intern \| Hobbeeme
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our fast-paced startup team at Hobbeeme FZE
, a growing marketplace for hobby-based experiences.
1. Operational Support
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing vendor listings on the platform
- Support day-to-day operations across Hobbeeme portals
- Coordinate with tech/design teams and share feedback for product improvements
- Ensure smooth and timely execution in a dynamic startup environment
2. Vendor Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors
- Support onboarding, profile setup, and listing creation
- Help vendors resolve operational or platform-related issues
- Guide hosts through verification and platform usage

- Partnerships & Alliances (if bandwidth allows)
- Explore collaborations with schools, colleges, studios, community spaces, and corporates
- Identify strategic partnerships to expand brand presence
- Support cross-promotional initiatives and alliances
