Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for everything that happens after the client contract is signed. You will own delivery quality across all service lines, manage a team of digital specialists, and build the operational systems that turn good work into consistent, scalable results.
You will implement SOPs, run daily performance reviews on Google Ads and social media campaigns, manage client invoicing and billing cycles, and ensure every complaint is resolved with a root cause fix, not just a quick patch. You report directly to the Managing Director and have full authority over delivery operations and team performance.
This role is for someone who has worked inside a digital marketing agency before, understands what good delivery looks like across multiple channels simultaneously, and is ready to build something properly rather than manage chaos.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working inside a digital marketing agency; client-side experience alone does not qualify
- Proven track record in managing a mixed creative and technical team simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media management — sufficient to audit quality and direct optimisation
- Experience building SOPs, quality control processes, and operational workflows from scratch
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, ClickUp, or Asana
- Prior experience working with UAE or GCC-based clients is essential
- Strong communication skills, able to manage client expectations, lead team accountability conversations, and report clearly to senior management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Based in Dubai or able to relocate and join within 30 days
