Accountabilities
- You will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing operations, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and continuous improvement of marketing processes.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and managing marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and priorities across marketing and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, workflows, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader organizational goals.
- Assist in vendor coordination, including contract support, deliverable tracking, and performance follow-up.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.
- Conduct market and industry research, including fintech and crypto trends, to support marketing strategy and briefs.
- Help implement and optimize marketing tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in marketing operations, analytics, and project coordination in a fast-moving digital environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across distributed teams.
- High level of curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Exposure to marketing, advertising, or communications through academic work, internships, or projects.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with creativity in problem-solving.
- Nice-to-haves: interest in fintech and cryptocurrency marketing, experience with lead generation strategies, and familiarity with marketing automation or tracking tools.
