- You won't be executing someone else's plan - you'll be building the function.
- This role is a great opportunity to lead marketing and communications strategy with real autonomy, direct exposure to high-profile projects and full visibility with senior leadership.
- Develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for FJX Group and all its verticals.
- Own and maintain brand identity and all branded materials across the group.
- Produce and coordinate content for digital channels, client presentations, and commercial collateral.
- Support the commercial team in GCC with sales materials, decks, and campaign assets.
- Manage and grow digital presence across all verticals, including Tech Hub.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative vendors.
- Report marketing KPIs and performance metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding or communications.
- Experience in multi-vertical, agency, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Knowledge of GCC markets - highly valued.
- Portfolio of previous work required.
- English at C1 level. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
