Role Description
We are seeking an Email and WhatsApp Marketing Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in Jeddah, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
The Email Marketing Manager will manage email marketing campaigns, develop marketing strategies, and implement automation processes to drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
include overseeing email content creation, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing email funnels for lead generation, ensuring effective communication with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong knowledge in Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing
- Proven ability to create data-driven strategies for email marketing and campaign optimization
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion rates and customer engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and the Saudi market is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
