We are looking for a results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing function and support brand growth, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and market positioning across our restaurant brands.
Marketing Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, increase customer traffic, support sales growth, and enhance customer loyalty.
This role requires a strong understanding of restaurant marketing, digital campaigns, social media, brand management, customer experience, and performance-driven marketing.
The ideal candidate should be able to combine creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans for the company’s restaurant brands.
- Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, and marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, footfall, delivery sales, catering leads, and brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, content calendars, and online engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, photographers, influencers, media partners, and suppliers.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, and brand activations.
- Monitor marketing performance through KPIs, campaign reports, customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Support CRM initiatives, customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns, and database marketing.
- Work closely with Operations, Catering, Finance, and Brand teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending across campaigns and activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis.
- Ensure all marketing materials, visuals, messaging, and campaigns are aligned with brand identity and company standards.
- Prepare regular reports for management covering campaign performance, marketing spend, leads, sales impact, and recommendations.
- Support business growth initiatives, including new branches, catering expansion, franchise support, and brand development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in restaurants, F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content planning, and paid campaigns.
- Experience in brand management, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, photographers, designers, and external vendors.
- Good understanding of marketing budgets, ROI, lead generation, and sales-driven campaigns.
- Strong communication, leadership, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-branch environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Experience managing marketing for multiple brands or branches.
- Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, customer segmentation, and retention campaigns.
- Experience in launching new restaurant branches or new F&B concepts.
- Strong network with media, influencers, agencies, and creative suppliers.
- Ability to link marketing activities directly to revenue, traffic, customer retention, and brand growth.
