- ملخص الوظيفة: قيادة وتطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية التسويقية للعيادة بهدف تعزيز العلامة التجارية، وزيادة استقطاب المرضى، وتحقيق نمو مستدام في الإيرادات، مع ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة القطاع الصحي.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير استراتيجية التسويق:
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطة تسويقية شاملة تتضمن الأهداف، الميزانية، الحملات، ومؤشرات الأداء.
- إدارة ميزانية التسويق بكفاءة وتحقيق أفضل عائد على الاستثمار.
- تحليل النتائج ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- إدارة العلامة التجارية والاتصال :
- تطوير هوية العلامة التجارية وضمان اتساق الرسائل عبر جميع القنوات.
- الإشراف على المواد التسويقية والإعلانية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي .
- التسويق الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى :
- إدارة الموقع الإلكتروني ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وحملات البريد الإلكتروني والإعلانات الرقمية.
- تحسين الظهور في محركات البحث (SEO) وتعزيز الحضور الرقمي.
- إنتاج محتوى احترافي يبرز خدمات العيادة، قصص النجاح، وخبرات الفريق الطبي.
- إدارة الحملات والاعلان :
- تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية والإعلانية (رقمية وتقليدية).
- تنظيم الفعاليات والندوات وورش العمل والمبادرات المجتمعية.
- قياس أداء الحملات وتعديل الاستراتيجيات بناءً على النتائج.
- إدارة نمو السوق واستدامة علاقات المرضى :
- دراسة السوق وتحليل المنافسين لفهم توجهات قطاع الجلدية والجراحة التجميلية.
- تطوير برامج استقطاب المرضى والاحتفاظ بهم (برامج إحالة، باقات علاجية، مبادرات ولاء).
- تحسين تجربة المريض بالتعاون مع الفريق الطبي والإداري
- إدارة نمو السوق واستدامة علاقات المرضى :
- التنسيق المستمر مع الطاقم الطبي والإدارات الأخرى لضمان توافق الرسائل التسويقية مع المعايير الطبية.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الوكالات الإعلانية والموردين الخارجيين.
- تنفيذ مهام إضافية تدعم أهداف الإدارة وتطوير الأداء المؤسسي.
- المعرفة/الخبرة اللازمة:
- فهم قوي لقطاع الرعاية الصحية، خصوصًا خدمات الجلدية والجراحة التجميلية.
- خبرة في التسويق الاستراتيجي والرقمي، إدارة الحملات، أبحاث السوق، وإدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير واتخاذ قرارات مبنية على مؤشرات الأداء.
- قدرة على الإبداع، التخطيط، إدارة الميزانيات، والعمل بروح المبادرة والتعاون.
- متطلبات التعليم والشهادات:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو العلوم الاجتماعية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة/ما يعادلها.
