Marketing Manager – Jeddah (On-site) \| Saudi Nationals Only
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah in a full-time on-site role.
This role is open to Saudi nationals (male or female) only.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective execution of both digital and traditional marketing activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports
Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Oversee and guide marketing team members to ensure high-quality execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business goals
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and SEO
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and competitor insights
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in budget management and marketing analytics tools
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (required)
- Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic market environment
- Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is an advantage

- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية متكاملة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة
- تخطيط وإدارة وتحسين الحملات التسويقية عبر مختلف القنوات
- قيادة الهوية والعلامة التجارية وضمان اتساقها
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين لتحديد فرص النمو
- متابعة أداء الحملات وإعداد التقارير الدورية
- إدارة الميزانية التسويقية بكفاءة لتحقيق أفضل عائد استثماري
- الإشراف على فريق التسويق وتوجيهه لضمان جودة التنفيذ
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة
- التعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية لتحقيق الأهداف العامة
- المؤهلات:
- *** درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة (الماجستير ميزة إضافية)
- خبرة مثبتة في الاستراتيجية التسويقية وإدارة الحملات والعلامة التجارية
- معرفة قوية بالتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحسين محركات البحث
- خبرة في تحليل السوق والمنافسين واستخلاص الرؤى
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة العلاقات
- خبرة في إدارة الميزانيات وأدوات تحليل التسويق
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية للفِرق
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
- القدرة على التكيف وحل المشكلات في بيئة عمل متغيرة
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال التسويق الرقمي
