We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive meaningful engagement with both prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. Experience in the real estate sector is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads for our dealership.
• Craft and deliver consistent messaging that effectively attracts new customers while fostering loyalty among existing ones.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to reach target audiences and support business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and projects.
• Collaborate with external creative and media agencies to produce marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Write, edit, and proof-read marketing copy for all online and offline channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with the brand’s vision, guidelines, and corporate standards in coordination with principal companies.
• Maintain, segment, and update customer databases to support targeted marketing campaigns and communications.
• Supervise agency partners, including creative, social media, and media buying agencies, to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs and timely execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional channels.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with creative agencies and managing external vendors.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
