Job Description
Al Mira Real Estate is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the competitive UAE property market.
This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate marketing experience who can drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across residential and commercial portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for property listings and real estate projects
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and property portals
- Generate and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team
- Oversee branding and marketing collateral for properties (brochures, presentations, videos, etc.)
- Coordinate with agents, developers, and external agencies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI
- Plan and execute property launches, events, and exhibitions
- Maintain and update website content and listings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends
- Experience in branding and campaign management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
