About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, and social media platforms.
- Assign leads to the Sales and Leasing teams.
- Follow up with customers, conduct surveys, and qualify leads.
- Accurately enter and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor CRM updates from Sales and Leasing agents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
