Al Mira Real Estate is looking for a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of systems, networks, and security while providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and data protection policies
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain and support office IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar)
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), or similar
- Experience in real estate or corporate environments
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
