Develop and execute marketing strategies for PSI’s real estate portfolio, brand positioning, and business growth across local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage campaigns and oversee digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, manage budgets, and contribute to marketing materials and content.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies; support events and promotional activities.
- Drive initiatives to enhance client engagement and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management within real estate or related industries.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and performance analytics tools to drive lead generation and measure ROI.
- Skills in content development, copywriting, and marketing collateral for online and offline channels.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, leasing, and business development teams and manage external vendors or agencies.
- Market research, competitive analysis, and understanding UAE real estate market dynamics are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications or marketing certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills; able to prioritize, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
