Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads; conduct viewings and advise clients on luxury residential and commercial properties.
- Manage sales and leasing transactions from consultation and property matching through negotiation, documentation support, and closing.
- Maintain property listings and coordinate with marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage teams.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and market reports.
- Build client relationships, stay informed on market trends, and represent PSI at meetings, events, and site visits.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate finance skills are needed to discuss pricing, payment plans, return on investment, and related financial matters with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills are required.
- Candidates should be service-oriented and results-driven and able to manage multiple leads and tasks on-site.
- Candidates should maintain accurate records using CRM and property listing tools.
