Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Executive role based in Abu Dhabi, open to freshers and experienced agents.
The role manages and grows a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, network, and build long-term client relationships; conduct viewings and present and negotiate offers.
- Prepare and manage transaction documentation and support smooth transactions in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and investors; track market trends, pricing, and new projects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with sales, listing, marketing, and business development teams.
- Optimize listings, support marketing campaigns, and meet or exceed individual and team luxury-segment sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate and commercial real estate in the UAE luxury market, or willingness to develop expertise.
- Property management and facility management knowledge or experience is sought, including coordination with teams and service providers.
- Finance skills covering investment returns, payment plans, and mortgage concepts support client decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and a professional, client-centric approach.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
- Proactive, target-driven approach with strong organization and time management.
- Ability to work on-site across Abu Dhabi property locations as required.
