Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, present luxury property features, and maintain current knowledge of inventory and market trends.
- Manage digital listings, build client relationships, respond to inquiries, and negotiate offers under company policies.
- Coordinate with marketing, listing, and leasing teams; maintain accurate records and use CRM tools.
- Follow local real estate regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and client relationship skills, including engaging high-net-worth and international clients.
- English proficiency and fluency in at least one of Chinese or Russian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, experience in commission-based roles, and a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Real estate market knowledge, ideally in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, including property valuation, property types, and transactions.
- Comfort with CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and office software; professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A UAE driving licence and ability to travel to property sites as needed.
- Luxury real estate or brokerage experience is highly desirable; relevant business, real estate, or marketing education is an advantage.
