Coordinate and track marketing campaigns across the company’s real estate portfolio.
Work with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Creative, and Digital teams to launch campaigns, generate quality leads, and support business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Plan campaigns for property launches, promotions, events, and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate ads, landing pages, email and SMS campaigns, social content, and banners; ensure information is accurate and approved.
- Monitor lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, engagement, and conversion; report results and improvement opportunities.
- Track leads in CRM and coordinate with Sales on lead quality and conversion.
- Support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign testing across creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with digital teams or agencies on Meta Ads and Google Ads; identify underperforming campaigns and recommend changes.
- Maintain campaign documentation and coordinate branded materials, launches, open houses, exhibitions, and other events.
- Track competitor campaigns, market activity, and UAE real estate marketing trends; manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in campaign management, digital marketing, marketing coordination, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance; experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Analytical ability, coordination and time-management skills, attention to detail, and English communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications knowledge.
- Real estate experience in the UAE is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, or property portals is an advantage.
- Comfort handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
