Role Overview

The Authors is seeking a

Marketing Manager

to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function, with a clear focus on strengthening brand positioning, improving conversion performance, and supporting revenue growth.

This role requires a balance between

structured execution and creative direction

, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s identity and commercial objectives.

The Marketing Manager Will

report directly to the CEO

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the
  • marketing strategy
  • in alignment with business goals
  • Maintain and ensure
  • brand consistency
  • across all channels
  • Oversee
  • listing performance optimization
  • (Airbnb and other platforms), including content, positioning, and conversion improvements
  • Manage
  • content planning and execution
  • across digital platforms
  • Handle and grow
  • social media presence
  • with clear performance objectives
  • Identify and manage
  • influencer collaborations and partnerships
  • with measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Interior Design to ensure
  • alignment between product and marketing
  • Track and report on

Kpis

  • (traffic, conversion, occupancy, revenue contribution)
  • Support the development and organization of
  • marketing processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a
  • marketing role
  • (Manager level or similar)
  • Experience in
  • hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands
  • is preferred
  • Strong understanding of
  • digital marketing, content strategy, and platform optimization
  • Ability to translate marketing efforts into
  • measurable business results
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
