Role Overview

The Authors is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function, with a clear focus on strengthening brand positioning, improving conversion performance, and supporting revenue growth.

This role requires a balance between structured execution and creative direction , ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s identity and commercial objectives.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO .

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
• Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Oversee listing performance optimization (Airbnb and other platforms), including content, positioning, and conversion improvements
• Manage content planning and execution across digital platforms
• Handle and grow social media presence with clear performance objectives
• Identify and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships with measurable outcomes
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Interior Design to ensure alignment between product and marketing
• Track and report on KPIs (traffic, conversion, occupancy, revenue contribution)
• Support the development and organization of marketing processes and workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role (Manager level or similar)
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands is preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and platform optimization
• Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business results
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

Qualifications
