The Authors is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support guest communications and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests, owners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and email.
- Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests.
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives and service recovery efforts.
- Ensure response times and communication standards are consistently met.
- handle claims to OTAS
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, or guest relations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology and communication platforms.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
