At The Authors, every property is a chapter — carefully selected, thoughtfully positioned, and professionally operated.

We are seeking a Sales Executive to support the expansion of our Abu Dhabi portfolio by acquiring high-quality residential units into our holiday homes management program.

This role requires a strong balance between relationship-building and disciplined execution, with a focus on bringing the right properties into The Authors collection.

Identify and approach property owners, investors, and brokers across Abu Dhabi

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Conduct meetings, presentations, and property walkthroughs with potential clients

Present The Authors’ value proposition with clarity and confidence

Negotiate and close management agreements with property owners

Coordinate with Operations and Interior Design teams to onboard new units

Maintain structured tracking of leads, meetings, and conversions

Continuously refine approach based on market feedback

Proven experience in sales (real estate, hospitality, or holiday homes preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a strong advantage

UAE driving license is preferred

Fluent in English; Arabic is strongly preferred

Fixed Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Competitive commission per signed unit

Additional incentives based on performance milestones

This is not a volume-driven sales role.
