Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the company’s marketing operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in the food and beverage industry.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and market analysis
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure effective performance
- Manage advertising, promotions, branding, and social media campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Build partnerships and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports to management
- Drive customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Support business growth and sales objectives through strategic marketing efforts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
