With a strong, results-driven approach, Dr.

Scent focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and aligning marketing with sales, supported by effective team leadership to achieve measurable and sustainable growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Marketplace) and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the marketing team (Content, Ads, Design, PR) by prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality execution, and continuously developing team performance.
  • Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address reasons for deal failures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Strong leadership experience in team management and development.
  • Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, with a performance mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
