We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in running paid advertising campaigns.
