A leading Interior Fit-Out company in Dubai is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to manage online branding, social media presence, and lead generation activities.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and performance-based marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, and SEM
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for content creation
- Good understanding of lead generation strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to create engaging and creative marketing content
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) will be an advantage
- Female candidates preferred for this position
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, design, and publish engaging digital content regularly
- Plan and run online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
- Maintain content calendar and posting schedules
- Analyze website and social media performance reports
- Coordinate with sales and design teams for marketing requirements
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and strategies
