Overview

A premium hospitality venue in Dubai is looking for a proactive

Marketing Executive

to support the delivery of marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand activations across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, has a passion for hospitality and lifestyle brands and beach clubs, and is eager to play a key role in creating engaging guest experiences both online and on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns from concept through to launch, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms while monitoring engagement and community interactions.
  • Support the planning and promotion of entertainment, guest experiences, and venue activations.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and content production with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Source and liaise with influencers, content creators, and media partners to support brand visibility.
  • Assist in producing marketing collateral, menus, digital assets, and promotional materials.
  • Keep the website, online listings, and marketing platforms updated with the latest information.
  • Prepare campaign reports, collect marketing data, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing function, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • **2–4 years' experience**
  • in a Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator role.
  • Previous experience within hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or entertainment is highly desirable.
  • Confident using social media platforms and familiar with current digital marketing trends.
  • Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar marketing tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative eye for content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferred.
