Position summary

Guest sales and service
- Provide guest gifts or complimentary rewards in recognition of patronage.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and support team goals and quality standards.
Office and team support
- Perform general Sales & Marketing office duties, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
- Assist management with training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching; serve as a role model and first contact for the fair-treatment/open-door process.
- Follow policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect guest and coworker privacy and security.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
- No license or certification is specified.
