Marketing responsibilities
- Implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase awareness of hospital services, specialties, and facilities.
- Coordinate marketing for existing and new medical services, clinics, and specialties.
- Support health-awareness campaigns, screening programmes, seasonal promotions, and community outreach.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to patient engagement and service utilization.
- Coordinate brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate social media, website, email, and online campaigns with digital teams and agencies.
- Support creation and scheduling of healthcare content; monitor engagement, reach, patient inquiries, and lead conversion.
- Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and healthcare advertising requirements.
- Work with physicians, department heads, and clinic managers to promote clinical services.
- Coordinate physician profiles, specialty campaigns, launches, health talks, and patient education.
- Identify opportunities for underperforming clinics and specialties; support specialty plans aligned with operational capacity and revenue objectives.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience.
- Hospital, medical centre, clinic, or healthcare-organization experience is preferred.
