About This Role
– Marketing Manager/ Senior Marketing Executive
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing global influencer marketing, brand partnerships, events and activations, supporting e-commerce operations, and coordinating with agencies to execute marketing strategies across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1)Influencer Marketing (Global): Identify, coordinate, and manage influencers globally.
Handle collaborations, content planning, deliverables tracking, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
2)Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with brands, social media pages, retail partners, city pages, and event platforms.
Execute co-marketing campaigns, giveaways, brand features, and collaboration launches to increase brand visibility.
3)Events & Activations: Plan and execute international exhibitions, trade shows, brand activations, PR events, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with event organizers, designers, and logistics teams.
4) E-commerce Management: Understanding of Shopify backend, product uploads, website banners, collections, landing pages, discount codes, and coordination with website developers.
5)Agency Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies for social media, performance marketing, website development, and creatives.
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution are aligned.
6)Contracts & Documentation: Basic understanding of influencer contracts, agency agreements, deliverables, usage rights, and payment terms.
7)Tools & Software: Should have working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and marketing tools.
8)AI Tools: Should be well-versed with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content writing, marketing ideas, communication drafting, and improving workflow efficiency.
9)General Marketing & Campaign Management: Assist in campaign planning, product launches, PR activities, gifting campaigns, and coordination with distributors and partners across different markets.
Requirements
1)1-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing
Experience
in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and digital marketing
Experience
in beauty/fragrance/FMCG industry preferred
4)Strong communication and negotiation skills
5)Strong networking and partnership-building ability
Experience
- in handling agencies and external partners
- 7)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
