About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Communications Intern to support The CC Solution across LinkedIn management, content creation and day-to-day marketing coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in social media, branding, communications and digital marketing who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a growing boutique marketing consultancy based in Dubai.
The role will focus heavily on LinkedIn content and brand visibility while also supporting wider marketing and communications activities across ongoing projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with LinkedIn management and daily content coordination
- Creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts aligned with current trends and platform best practices
- Supporting content creation including graphics, reels, short-form videos and visual content
- Assisting with marketing calendar planning and content scheduling
- Researching industry trends, topics and content opportunities
- Brainstorming content ideas, campaign concepts and engagement initiatives
- Supporting blog writing and long-form content development
- Identifying relevant networking events, conferences and industry opportunities
- Assisting with event-related content creation and post-event communications
- Supporting overall social media growth and engagement strategies
- Monitoring LinkedIn activity, engagement and competitor trends
- Assisting with basic marketing administration and coordination tasks
- Supporting brand consistency across digital platforms and communications
- General marketing and communications support across ongoing projects
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, communications and social media
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital content platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic design or video editing skills are a plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Interest in content trends, social media and brand building
- Based in Dubai preferred, however remote flexibility may be considered
