About Us
White Hospitality Group is a UAE-based hospitality company dedicated to creating unique dining experiences by combining international culinary excellence with local culture and traditions.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Business Development Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support business growth across our hospitality concepts.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate with photographers, influencers, content creators, and marketing agencies.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, hotels, tourism partners, and event organizers.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Support the launch of new restaurant concepts and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads and assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or business development.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, food trucks, or F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media advertising.
- Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
