About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy **Marketing Coordinator Intern** to join our team for a **3-month paid internship**.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, content, digital trends, and AI-powered productivity.
You will support marketing campaigns, content creation, client coordination, and research while learning hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
We are especially looking for candidates who are **well-versed in AI tools and know how to use them effectively to improve efficiency, creativity, and marketing outcomes**.
If you perform well during the internship, there will be an opportunity to **transition into a permanent role** with Doodle Worldwide.
You are required to report to the office on all days as per the office policy.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with remote working on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist in content creation for digital channels
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing projects and campaign deliverables
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend research
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, productivity, reporting, and campaign ideation
- Assist in meeting coordination, presentations, proposals, and reports
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and follow-ups
Requirements (Must-Have Skills)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & familiarity with Canva.
- Comfortable using **AI tools** for productivity and marketing tasks (e.g., content generation, research, brainstorming, automation, analytics support)
- Familiarity with tools like **Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools**
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and campaign execution
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and experiment
Preferred Qualifications
- Freshers with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship/freelance experience in marketing is a plus
- Basic understanding of Meta, Google, or social media marketing is an advantage

Compensation
