Reception & Client Care
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries
- Greet clients, manage bookings, and handle walk-ins
- Process payments and maintain the cash register / POS system
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are presentable
Social Media & Content
- Create and post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and Stories
- Take before/after photos and short video clips of salon work (with client permission)
- Design simple graphics for promotions, new services, and special offers
- Maintain a consistent brand look that matches Hamzafied's style
Website & Online Presence
- Keep the website updated with current prices, services, and photos
- Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, social media)
- Ensure all online info (hours, location, phone numbers) stays accurate
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and share promotional posts, seasonal offers, and package deals
- Help run basic ad campaigns or boosted posts when needed
- Build engagement — reply to comments, messages, and grow follower interaction
General Salon Support
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists on daily schedules
- Assist with inventory checks and product displays
- Support the team with any client communication or admin tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
