Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative
Marketing Coordinator
with experience in exhibitions and events to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting exhibitions, driving audience engagement, and supporting exhibitor and sponsor marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for exhibitions and events
- Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for marketing deliverables
- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital promotions
- Support content creation including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and external agencies
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Assist in on-site event coordination and marketing activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in exhibitions or events
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, basic analytics)
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
