is looking for a
Marketing & Communication Assistant (Temporary)
to join the MarCom department
in Dubai
for 6 months, with the possibility for extending the contract.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing & Communication Assistant (Temporary) to join MAN Truck & Bus Middle East FZE.
Ideal for early‑career professionals or those who already bring several years of experience, this role offers the chance to support regional communication initiatives, events, and content creation while working closely with regional teams, agencies, and importer partners in a dynamic B2B environment.
What you’ll be doing
Marketing & Communication support
- Localize and adapt centrally and regionally developed content (press releases, presentations, brochures, digital assets, etc.)
- Coordinate with local teams and importers to ensure timely and relevant communication
- Assist in preparing marketing materials aligned with MAN brand guidelines
- Support digital content creation for internal and external channels (social media, website, presentations)
Event & Campaign coordination
- Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, handovers, press events, customer engagements, and communication campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies, importers, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution
- Assist with event logistics, invitations, coordination, and follow-ups
- Support post-event reporting and documentation
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support reporting of regional marketing activities
- Maintain marketing templates, tools, and asset libraries
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Entry-level to 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Arabic, Russian or other regional languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, intercultural experience, and collaborative mindset
- Good editing and copywriting skills
- Proactive and self-driven with strong attention to deadlines
- Strong IT proficiency — Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) required
