Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive** to manage performance marketing, lead generation, Shopify operations, and technical coordination across platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, e-commerce management, CRM systems, and basic IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Manage lead generation, tracking, and ROI reporting
- Coordinate with sales team and support lead management
- Manage and update Shopify & WordPress websites
- Handle e-commerce operations, product updates, and integrations
- Manage social media content planning and publishing
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
- Provide IT and software troubleshooting support
- Handle Zoho, Odoo, and CRM integrations and issues
- Key areas:
• Sales & Lead Management
- **E-commerce & Website Management - Shopify**
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify store management
- Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with Zoho and Odoo systems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- SEO knowledge
- CRM & ERP troubleshooting
- E-commerce operations experience
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in UAE market is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
