Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Account Manager. The role involves managing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, formulating and executing digital strategies, overseeing media planning, and handling digital and social media marketing campaigns. Responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, engaging with followers, and ensuring content and campaigns align with the company's brand identity and goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Digital Media to plan, execute, and analyze advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Strategy to optimize engagement and build brand presence
- Strong skills in Media Planning to allocate resources effectively and maximize campaign reach
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
- Proven experience using analytical tools to monitor digital performance and drive decision-making
- Knowledge of luxury or fashion industry trends is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site work environment
Fixed salary: up to AED 5,000/month.
Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
