Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Social Media, Marketing, and Advertising.
The responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
The role also involves collaborating with creative teams to align campaigns with client brand goals, monitoring campaign performance, and consistently identifying optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Management, Digital Advertising, and Campaign Strategy
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with Project Management, Budget Handling, and Timeline Coordination
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with branding, content creation, and delivering high-impact digital strategies
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to manage teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
- Experience within the creative or digital marketing industry is a strong advantage
